Horizon SF is a member of the Certification of Forestry Enterprise Management Practices Program (PGES) from the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ). This certification defines a framework of best practices and healthy competition for forestry enterprises carrying out non-commercial work in Québec public forests.
Horizon SF is a member of the Forest Management Certification Program (CEAF) from the BNQ. The main goal of this certification is to limit the environmental impact of activities as much as possible based on a series of established requirements.
For harvesting operations in Ontario, Horizon SF holds the Safe Workplace Ontario certification (SWO). The SWO certification helps ensure continuous evolution of workplace health and safety.
